I really love this server but I have to ask why is it not death match mode?

to be honest, it´s the first time in all this years, that i hear from someone, that he wants our deagle server as a dm-server.

Thats exactly my thinking. Having people respawn all of the time is not what I believe players are looking for.

Yes, exactly that, fast gameplay. Now its so boring to die first and then having to wait couple mins...
