There's a possibility that there are false positive SMAC bans going around, but most related to aimbot are not. If you're redirecting players to SMAC itself start providing the logs with actual information about the ban.

well i think i can close this now.
btw, i think he will never reply to smacbans and i can tell you why.

he got banned on our servers with the name hunction.
smac always saves the current account name when you get banned.

well, see what i have found on smacbans:

he got banned for using an aimbot but they unbanned him.
funny thing is, the steam account got an vac ban.
and now we have another hunction, also banned for using an aimbot.

Hmmm ok, could be that my knowledge about SMAC is a bit outdated. They don't need anything from .smx to see the specific details of a ban? Guess now a days SMAC ban has a lot of shared details.

well i don´t see in their faq that they need logs.

1. Is your STEAM_ID banned by SMACBans.com ? Pls use our SMACheck tool first on the left top box.
2. Do you have read carefully our FAQ`s ?
3. Is this your first Ban protest ? Several Ban protests the same STEAM_ID can cause a Ban by an Admin / Mod.
4. Are u really sure that nobody has cheated with your steam Account ?
5. Google your Steam ID and look what google says. If you have several Bans by SMAC or a VAC Ban we will not unban you.
6. If all Requirements are met you can now protest your Ban

that´s why i have directed him to smac instead of bashing him here in the forum or something like that.

well, if there are logs, only the owners can provide them. if have no access to server logs.
