Unban request

thats why i said that you admins need to be 100% sure that player xyz is cheating. and then you really need to be 100% sure that he is also using a none-prime account for cheating for bans without a demo.

i don´t play on this server. i don´t know if his account is none prime or prime. he could proof it for us but it doesn´t matter anymore. his ban was over 3 months ago, and he has neither a vac or game ban. does this count as a 100% proof then, that he is not cheating? no it doesn´t, we all know that vac is not the best anti-cheat system.

i will unban you now.

side note: malmonar and john are only veteran members with moderator rights. they support me on the forum, which i really welcome, but the last word has always a member of the management, because only members of the management have the rights to unban player bans from other admins. sourcebans is a different story as the homepage.

this ban was made without a demo as crazy ivan appeared as a fresh account, just forgot to put it in the comments
i dont recall the situation 100% tbh.

also if you want a unban then try being abit more polite, calling me paranoid is not the way to go
mistakes happens and my ego is not too big to admit so, i will leave this to malmonar to decide what to happen as i cant provide proof due to the agreement with the owners about no demo bans on new accounts, i personally dont think he should be unbanned

Edit - wrote the reply in a hurry due to being this late so dident read it all, i must have forgotten to upload a demo, and i cant provide this as i had some screen tearing i couldent fix, so i had to reinstall the pc a few weeks back

Since this ban is from December 30, 2018; I expect a demo to be uploaded by Adebisi as soon as possible. Cheater bans without a demo are invalid.

@Jones: If we do not receive a demo by this week Sunday 6:00 PM, I propose unbanning Crazy Ivan.

we will discuss this internally once Adebisi has uploaded his demo. We can only discuss whether a ban is justified if we have the material and the statement from the banning admin.
