Ive watched both demos again, in full speed and slow motion. I have to say that I cant see any clear proof of wh in this. Maybe Im blind, getting old you know, but many of his shots is just pre-fire corners. 

Yes, he have some fishy/lucky shots, but I dont see them as cheat in this case. But this is just my opinion.

This is my final verdict in this case, no wh.

yes, ghosting is forbidden on our server. i know that there are player dots on the minimap. enemy positions can only be seen on the minimap if they were spotted by you or one of your teammates or if they are shooting near your position ( but i am not 100% sure for this one. haven´t played cs go for a while)

the problem on custom maps is that most of these maps have no mini-map overlay. yes you can still see the dots but you have no overlay of the map. i played for many years on the awp server and often used the mini-map but the informations were never 100% correct. there is a fast movement on the deagle server because of the small areas. player often rotate very fast in different locations or just rush the other spawn. (yes some of them camp at the spot or on the spawn, i know i know). the mini-map is just a small help on this server which can´t be 100% trusted because the large amount of players and the fast movement.

but as i already said... just wait

Joneseven if you say you are not 100% sure there must be something if you say there are some fishy scenes on the demos. i will give you time to rewatch it.
