I was banned

I don't know where he got the number of Admins from. I told him on Teamspeak that multiple Players I trust think he is cheating, he may have misunderstood or I may have said something wrong. I only talked to Admins to inform them to watch him. He may have gotten the number from there cuz Stephko, Gandalf and you were told to watch him

. I haven't talked to anyone besides you quickly on the server in Admin chat about banning him . I believe Jones watched the demo though.

To my knowledge, 3 guys in total got banned. His friend Philliph, the brother of his friend and he. I was told that all 3 cheated by his friend right after they got banned. They might deny it now and I don't really care by now.
I was told that they all cheated and I am inclined to believe what I was told when they were banned. 
He can make any excuse he wants, in my opinion, he is pretty much scum for cheating on our servers at one point.

Okay.. Anyway, as I've understood this case,  3-4 admins believes there is cheat right? 

And if not and there is this VAC situation I feel a coleader or leader should decide if he should stay banned on our server or not..

ToringerWell the thing is I didn't cheat, it was my friend that cheated on my account. Because he got a VAC on his account then I let him play on mine. I told him he shouldn't use them but apparently he did. Else I wouldn't have gotten those bans. 

That is your word, everyone who get Vac banned can say that..

Could be true like I said I am biased against him because of his Vacs and considering his Skill Level before the Bans as I knew him back then.

He fucked up by getting those Vacs and cant be surprised at all that he is labeled a cheater by people that know he got those. I am not one for giving second chances to known cheaters.

Yeah, I meant all of the sniping.. ;) But I feel that a couple of fishy shots in a entire match can't be a cheat. Toggled on cheat for a kill or two for then to toggle off the rest of the match? Strange.. 

But according to the Vac I totally agree, I don't know him, but once a cheater always a cheater. In my mind..

If you mean in the middle with AWP I didn't see those as the fishy kills. It's normal to aim at the door to kill. He also miss/don't see many that cross. A bit strange that he doesn't kill more as T in the middle with cheats. And I thought some of his shots at B was more fishy. And one at A. 

It's too few in the match and he get killed a lot were some he should have "seen" with cheats. 

I looked with lower speed and 3 times maybe it looked like he followed the guy with his aim.. And with so many shots I think it was "luck".

That might actually be true what you see axept. I mentioned in German that even if he is not cheating considering I know he got previous Vacs in GO I am biased. Considering that I feel justified in banning him.

Even though I'm personally convinced that he is cheating in the MM clip. I had numerous complaints on the DGL server itself and wasn't sure but the MM clip when he shot through the door multiple times like he did is not legit in my eyes. Also how he acted in some of the Situations was not normal. I knew exactly what information he had and the plays he did were either incredibly dumb coupled with luck or cheat.
