This message is for Nitro.
There is a guy on the server called Kendrick Lamar. My guess hes using a vpn + hes using multiple accounts to mask himself.
When he is active on the server he has a ping of around 100, he also disconnects a lot and the message says not connected to steam

I'm not sure its that easy jones as you can see in this screenshot he is invisible from sourcebans.

So if a normal admin can't ban him a banned user config won't stop him.

his SteamID needs to be written down in the banned.cfg thats how we dealt to those people before and it always worked. If the server itself refuses the SteamID nothing can change that.

MalmonarI can also confirm it. I tried banning him for the last 15 minutes, the server does not even give me the reply that it did that. I can only mute/kick him, but he instantly comes back with a new identity and keeps going.

Can Nitro/Shadow please help here?

I'm afraid its gonna be hard to get rid of him. He is using a vpn and sometimes he disconnects from not the server and the message says not connected to steam my guess is he could be shadowbanned
