Hello I'm Tom, 26 yo, more known as ROMAN on Deagle server. I'm a regular player on the server, probably recognized by most regulars...
I'm showing interest in becoming admin to help out the server, since the recent turn of CsGO turning F2P.
I'm admin on two other servers where I've had this position for over 3 years, so I do have the required knowledge in filling this position.

The only reason I decided to apply for admin is the recent increase in cheaters I've noticed lately. If the situation becomes more stable, I'm happy to step down if You need me to.

I do not speak German, but I do speak Polish, Swedish and English.

Let me know if You need some extra help.

Same thing here like Adebro i play really often to this time on the Server and before too, dont see him so often here like before... i think he is rank 17/18 that say enough but atm he is not so aktiv!
 
and how Jones say he should improve the chatlog so maybe take a little time and than ask again just my Opinion

but your chatlog is not clean. there are some hard insults and spaming actions.

i don´t care if the insulted person is a blatand cheater. if you want to get admin rights you have to stay calm and wait. i know cheaters are anoying but insulting and spaming doesn´t make it better

it´s the same with spawn campers, or maybe just people who were on the spawn at the wrong time? i don´t know.
never the less it doesn´t give you the right to spam the chat with capslock, insult and voteban them. this is a really childish behaviour. we don´t need raging kids as admins

well i haven´t played cs go for a long time but as far as i can remember, using the shift key was to go slower. well this is not forbidden. if he want´s to sneak the map than he can do it.


conclusion: as long as you don´t improve your chat behaviour, you are declined

ive seen roman alot on the server in the past, but the last couple of month's i have only seen him a handfull of times. overall he's a great candidate, but i would like to see him play more often as he used too before being taken into consideration

I've seen him play a lot. He has never been noticed negatively. Sounds good!
