i asked shadow about this cs go recording problem.
if it doesn't work anymore, you admins have to search for another recording programm/software.
youtube, nvidiashield, smartphone, what ever. take what you want but we need an 100% clear evidence that player x is cheating.
if you don't have an evidence for this ban case here, you have to unban him.
