Hello there, 

First of all im not making any excuses as if i did nothing wrong, i may have namecalled some people in the past and things i shouldnt have done/said. 
I've been playing GoG for a while now, high ranks in Deagle and RPG server. I was playing the other day on the RPG server with INSPIRED and SUSU, these are the people i play often with on this server and for somereason they dont like me (prob cuz im to good for them) i've been gagged and banned in the past just for small things while not even directing my mistakes. Now a few days ago it was  a 1v2 while not typing anything to them i assume there is gonna be fp, ya know cuz its 1v2 while they are higher lvl then me aswell. but they kept ganging on me, so i decided i will just knife them if they wont 1v1. when the round started i found INSPIRED in the middle of the map and started to knife him. i hit him a few times and just before he died he goes spectator mode and joins back Terrorist side, this happened quite a few times. I told him isn't this adminabuse?(idk if its in rules or not but it is in another RPG i play so i assumed it is. anyway its low af) but he didnt respond. i started typing '''HAHAHAH'' you are just so bad. this is funny to me'' as i was quite frustrated. Then he gagged me. and I was like wtf is his problem ( in the past he banned me for a couple days or week for minor things) the only way i could talk was by changing names and just put silly things like; mad cuz bad. and hahahaha. then i received a permaban. I feel like i have been wrongfully accused and that someone higher up will look at my case and reduce my punishment.

ok. alle wurden aufgeklärt. inspi hat sich zu der anschuldigung geäußert. er bleibt perma gebannt. thread closed

ich bin tatsächlich an genau zwei Stellen aus dem Spiel gegangen, als er im Begriff war mich zu knifen. Ich muss dazu sagen, dass ich beim ersten Mal Fair Play spielen wollte und mich nicht in den Fight zwischen den beiden anderen Spielern einmischen wollte. Desweiteren versuchte er, während er mit dem anderen Spieler kämpft, mich immer wieder anzuknifen, damit der andere Spieler ihn nicht abschießen darf. Shard hat versucht dafür eine Regel einzuführen. Das zweite Mal war ich noch in der Luft, als er mich weiter knifen wollte, da bin ich ebenfalls aus dem Spiel gegangen. Richtig wäre natürlich gewesen, dass er für airknife geslayt wird, das sehe ich ein. Es ist jedenfalls keinesfalls so, dass  in den spec gehen würde, sobald ich Gefahr laufen würde, dass mich jemand messert. Dies kann man sonst auch gerne bei gameme unter *Ereignisse* nachvollziehen. Streng genommen gibt es dafür auch keine Serverregel, wenn ich gerade darüber nachdenke. Wobei das ganze auch gar nichts mit dem Bann zutun hat ^^

Ich habe ehrlich gesagt keine Ahnung wegen dem Bann :D
Für mich wäre es in Ordnung, wenn der perma Bann bestehen bleiben würde, weil er einfach schon so viele Banns vorher hatte und auch so viel beleidigt. Andererseits könnte man das Beleidigen ja auch mit nem perma Silence lösen.
Wie gesagt. Mir ist das egal. Prefix scheint da auch nicht wirklich ne Meinung zu zu haben.
Also Pünktchen... du darfst entscheiden. Und du bist dafür, dass der Bann bleibt.
Dann ist das so.

Trotzdem möchte ich von Inspi aber noch ne Antwort auf meine letzte Frage an ihn :)

Jones, mich hat er auch geaddet. Prefix auch. Wir wussten beide nicht wer er war. Deswegen habe ich ihn nicht angenommen.
Inspi, was ist mit der Anschuldigung, dass du in den Spec gegangen seist, nachdem er dich angeknifet hat? Frei erfunden oder Wahrheit?
Also dass du kein Adminabuse gemacht hast, ist mir klar. Aber natürlich müssen sich die Admins auch an die Serverregeln halten. Deshalb frage ich das extra nochmal nach.

You have 5 bans in total. In the past i banned you twice. The first one was 45min (Shooting inside the duelroom) the second one was 2 hrs (rulebreaking in duelroom). You rlly can´t claim that i was  unfair and i would victimise you. If you compare my bans with the bans malmo gave you i would say i was lenient with you.

btw in GoG i am rather known as too tolerantly than being punishingly. The latest ban is perm cuz the co-leader and me come to this conclusion

@vivi. so wie es inspi beschrieben hat ist es auch abgelaufen. mich hat sh1 nämlich geaddet. nur ich wusste nicht wer er war und auf meinem profil steht ja auch noch extra drauf das ich keine invites annehme also habe ich ihn geblockt. dann hab ich mal nachgeschaut ob der spieler sich in der ban liste befand und ja das tat er tatsächlich. ich habe daraufhin inspi kontaktiert und wir haben uns diesen spieler etwas genauer angesehen

first of all let me clue you in on writing good complaints... we are so tired of ppl saying we banned them because of the fact that they are too good for us! is this a sign of inferiority complexes? we rlly don´t care..there are better players than me ofc but i don´t ban them for this reason. This is absurd. I can´t believe that i am actually talking to a grown up person.

to the Point:
you really upset the things here. More specifically there was a different chronological order of the happenings
I gagged you when you called me *nub" 12. Jul 2017 18:52:23 nubs. This was logically the last thing you have written. In addition this was only a 4hrs gag. From this point you started changing your Name. So you never wrote something like *HAHAHAH* etc. As i told you many times before i don´t tolerate any kind of  provocation. For example once you left the game immediately  after calling me *fucking noob* (of sorts..i don´t remember). I told you you should watch your language an if not i will take action at the slighest provocation. You have a Major Problem with any kind of authority. You are breaking the RPG rules many times. Many regular players are reporting that you´re breaking the rules. The ban was because you were continuing with being provocative. When you killed susu in duel without starting the duel i decided to ban you. At that moment i was undecided about the ban length. You contact the clan-management and that is how it came that Jones asked me about the circumstances. After we read your Chat log and we took a closer look at your previous bans, we decided to put the ban to perm.

wie ich schon geschrieben habe, habe ich mich mit inspi über den ban unterhalten. ich weiß von inspi nur das sh1 ständig rumbeleidigt, die leute provoziert und alles mögliche tut um negativ aufzufallen. die bans von malmonar habe ich mir deswegen rausgesucht um zu zeigen das hier nicht nur inspi dran beteiligt ist "ihm das leben aufn server schwer zu machen". die bans von malmonar und inspi sind gerechtfertigt. er hatte schon 4 bans und hat immer noch nicht kapiert, das er langsam mal aufhören sollte ständig gegen unsere regeln zu verstoßen. ein spieler der nicht lernen will muss fühlen. deswegen akzeptiere ich auch diesen permaban. und hey. unser server ist für ihn ja sowieso nur müll. also wieso sollten wir ihn wieder drauflassen wenn er eh nur die leute beleidigt, die admins provoziert und unseren server schlecht redet?

I've never heard before that Inspi doesn't abide by the rules.

Pünktchen, hast du es eigentlich schon aus Inspis Sicht gehört? Stimmen diese Anschuldigungen? Also, dass er in den Spec geht, wenn er geknift wird?

In the other points I have to agree with Pünktchen.
You insult very much. Even on other servers (Deagle: "je kanker moeder is een slet", "hoerekind", "kanker hoerekind" etc.)
So you deserved a silence anyway.
And let me just say one thing: It really doesn't matter WHY you changed your name to provocations or insults. Even IF Inspy REALLY did adminabuse, it is not reason! In case of that you better directly go to an higher admin. But you don't help yourself by insulting or provocating back. It's the opposite.

I'll ask Inspi about it and then decide if the perma ban is justified.
