It has come to my attention that player "-Mike-" has been making a bit of impact on the server with his "skill" so being a bit curious I would like to let you know who this person is.
First let's start by looking at his profile, there you can see he is from Sachsen, has played by the alias "Insta: mikee.xzy" and has several screenshots with names "Shown" and "twitch.tv/mikeex".
Taking a glance at his friends list there's someone called "Shown", so let's take a look at that profile. Has played under the aliases "twitch.tv/miikeex" and "Mike", is from Sachsen and is making videos.
Take a look at the youtube channel, specifically the about page and there you can see his instagram profile is "mikee.xzy" that's the same as "-Mike-".
So far it can be concluded that "Shown" and "-Mike-" are the same person. But why the VAC ban on the account of "Shown"? Well take a look at his videos, it's filled with HVH and cheating crap! There's a video named "STEAM ACC GIVEAWAY! CSGO & GTA V!" that shows the profile of "-Mike-". You can't deny that "Shown" and "-Mike-" are the same person.
Wandering a bit further in his friends list you can see that recently banned player ytirreF is also there and a lot of his friends have VAC bans, but one particularly sticks out is "MajorB3nch". "-Mike-" has several accounts from him in his friends list all with VAC bans and both "-Mike-" and "MajorB3nch" are in a group called "IchKaufekeineeierr" a small group with 3 people, so these 2 guys are probably good friends with access to cheats.

There's no denying in that this person is in an environment of cheaters and most likely is still cheating his ass off on the server just like his friends that visit the server. Hopefully based on this the admins can take responsibility of dealing with this player and the players that are slightly connected to him cease their relations otherwise my eye will be on you as well.
