rules are clear. as long as he doesn´t break the rules again he can play and speak with a second account

Joneswell, he is allowed to play with another account as long as he didn´t got banned for cheating or he is on our black list (only very, very toxic players get on there).

if he is also toxic with his new account he will be punished again.
i will take a look at it later

Actually i play with multiple accounts yeah, to talk, thats not forbidden. I was aggressive coz that guy hacks (he has been banned now) and it's getting on my nerves to be flamed by a hacker. I won't be aggressive anymore since there's no more reason to be

well i took a look at both linked accounts chatlogs. he is a bit harsh and aggressiv but this is not enough for a re-mute. i guess you have to wait until he starts getting toxic again.
